Come have some fun participating in some experiential activities designed to explore what it takes to create a strong team. Learn practical tools for communication, and practice what it means to “listen beyond the words” in a way that leaves people feeling validated and understood.  We will also learn how to identify our “Top Card” and how we often play this card when we feel under pressure. Let’s identify this tendency and reflect upon what this top card typically invites from others.  Participants will practice how to help staff identify their top cards and how this card can affect our relationships with other staff members, as well as distract the process of giving and receiving feedback.  Walk away feeling inspired of how to rejuvenate a strong sense of belonging and trust in your team and leave you with deeper relationships with both staff and parents.
